Do you keep stressing over deadlines and challenges at your workplace? Well, you may say who does not!

Stressing over challenges or deadlines is okay. But getting stressed and worried over the same kind of challenges is not. I mean to say that if you have handled 100 similar kinds of challenges until now, then getting stressed over similar problems again is not okay.
You will solve your problems the same way you did it before. That is how mathematics works. As you are exposed to more and more problems of the same kind, you are more likely to solve them.
Many times we forget that we have faced similar challenges in the past and start worrying when faced with a challenge. In fact we believe that if we do not worry,then we are not approaching our problem with the right attitude. That is not true. As you get more experience, you become efficient. You get more work done with less mental tension.
So the next time you are worried about a problem or deadline, ask yourself - Have you dealt with this kind of problem before? If yes, then you need to trust yourself. Trust mathematics. You are more likely to solve this problem than the last time. Relax and go ahead.
