Penguins are interesting birds. They live on icy land. But they must go into the sea to hunt fish for food. To survive, they need to swim.
We can compare our lives to them. We too live on land. But we have to go out into a world full of stress everyday, to get money, food etc.
In the evening, just as we return home, the penguins return to land.
But do the penguins complain about getting wet? No. Are the penguins worried that tomorrow they have to get wet again? No.
Then why do we humans keep worrying about stress from the workplace?
Do not worry about tomorrow’s stress. You will have to keep diving into the water called ‘workplace’ everyday, if you have to survive in this world. To survive, we need to swim. Also we need to learn to handle getting wet.
