Dealing with deadlines
Modern work life is filled with projects and deadlines. Deadlines can be a major source of stress. Here are some tips to handle any deadline stress free.
1) Divide the main task into smaller sub tasks. Make a list of sub tasks.
2) Finish important subtasks in the morning, when you are fresh.
3) Set time aside for task related to deadline everyday. Do not get distracted.
4) If you feel tired, then finish subtasks randomly.
Change of sub task will freshen your mood.
5) Keep a 15 minutes break after every one hour of work.
6) Promise yourself a reward if you complete on time.
7) Stay away from social media during work hours.
