Try imagining 2 hats. Work hat and Home hat. When you are in office, you are wearing the imaginary Work hat. As soon as you finish your work and step out of the office in evening, touch your head and change to Home hat. The Home hat will not allow office thoughts to enter your mind. Relax with your family till next morning.
Next day, wear your Work hat and go to work.
