Being a psychiatrist, I have had the opportunity to interact with thousands of different individuals every year.
When I passed out of college with a degree in psychiatry, my passion for providing therapy for addiction led me to counseling thousands of clients dealing with addiction. I was surprised to find that most of the clients were educated professionals who were having difficulty handling stress. They were turning to tobacco or alcohol and other addictions to escape reality. I realised that we had very few professionals focusing on teaching stress management techniques to professionals.
I wished to fill this gap. After researching countless books and materials, I designed a set of techniques with a different approach to stress management.
The product of about 10 years of hard work is ‘Hermitree’. My services are directed more at those corporate professionals who are burdened with stress and need advice on living stress-free. But anyone who wants to live stress free can apply these techniques.
